Salary
Circa £42,000 depending on experience
Working Arrangement
Hybrid (5 days per week on-site due to workload classification)
Security Clearance
British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

The Opportunity
As an MRP Controller, you will support the delivery of production contracts with development and production elements, managing planning activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets. This role is based in Stevenage, supporting multi-project customer deliveries.
* Coordinate planning and procurement of materials to ensure timely supply for the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
* Maintain and update the MPS based on customer demand, considering materials, capacity, and inventory targets.
* Manage work scheduling within the MRP system, ensuring accurate delivery forecasts and communication with customers.
* Optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and maintain system accuracy through regular stock checks.
* Collaborate with Supply Planners and logistics to resolve supply chain constraints and communicate plan changes.
* Support inventory management, non-conformance controls, and data accuracy in manufacturing BOMs.
* Assist in achieving schedule adherence and KPIs through effective planning.
What We're Looking For
* HNC level qualification or equivalent
* Experience in manufacturing planning or supply chain management
* ERP experience is essential; SAP experience beneficial
* APICs certification is a plus
* Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
