Minimum Requirements:
* Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
* Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
* Additional certifications in Health & Safety, Fuel & Retail Operations, Facilities Management, or Finance will be advantageous
Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years’ management experience within:
o Retail petroleum industry
o Retail or convenience store environments
o Logistics, transport depots, or fleet yard operations
Technical & Functional Skills:
* Proven leadership capability with strong experience in financial control, compliance, and operations management
* Proficiency in POS systems, fuel management systems, digital security tools, and reporting platforms
* Working knowledge of fuel management systems
* Experience with SAP Retail systems
* Sound knowledge of labour legislation and MIBCO requirements
* Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency situations
