AMG Nursing and Care Services have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our existing training and development team. We are currently recruiting a full-time trainer who will be responsible for the delivery of our induction training programme within our branches located in Burton, Wolverhampton and Nottingham. Therefore, applicants can reside in any of the locations or surrounding areas.
In addition to the delivery of induction training, this role will also include the delivery of annual updates and more specialist topics to our existing care staff.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a sound knowledge of Health and Social Care and must have a minimum of three years' experience working within the care sector.
Training experience is also desirable with certification in moving and handling train the trainer and level 3 award in education and training.
A sound knowledge of The Care Certificate advantageous.
A full driving licence and the use of your own vehicle is essential for this position, also, on occasion, the delivery of bespoke training may take place within a service user's property, therefore, a clear DBS check is also essential for position.
Working hours of this position will be Monday to Friday 9 - 5 with 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays.
