Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables
* Presenting menus and taking food and drink orders
* Recommending food and beverage options to guests
* Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently
* Checking on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
* Processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions
* Assisting with restaurant setup and cleanup before and after service
* Cleaning and resetting tables for new guests
* Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
* Proactive, able to work independently with good judgment and minimal supervision
* The starting salary is £10.42, with potential increases based on experience, assessed during the interview
