Kitchen Assistant Catering and Hospitality - Ashlea Court Care Home Contract: Part Time Salary: £12.71 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 30 hours Our care home is nestled in the urban yet accessible Ashgill. We offer Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 86-residents. Kitchen Assistant £12.71 per hour Contracted to 30 hours per week working 4 days per week 9.30am - 5.30pm (including weekends) Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the delivery of high quality meals within a clean, safe and well organised kitchen environment. This is a hands on role where your contribution helps ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard. You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation. Working closely with the Chef and wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times. This role offers a consistent routine and the opportunity to build or develop your experience within a supportive and well organised kitchen environment.
