Job description
We are specifically working with a Specialist Provision in Bury, North Manchester, who are looking to secure the services of an experienced, caring and compassionate Nurture Teacher. You will be responsible for the teaching, coaching and delivery of educational activities for the students.

Our young people have a range of needs and must have a caring, supportive teacher able to guide and nurture them through their learning to carefully plan differentiated and inspirational lessons.
You will be teaching small classes of KS3 & 4 aged children whose academic work is at the level of a KS2 child.

1. Location – Bury
2. Position – SEN Teacher (Nurture)

7. Full time/part time – Full-time
8. Minimum rate of pay – £ per day
9. Hours – 8:30 am – 4pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
10. PGCE in Primary OR Secondary Education
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
12. Team Teach – Advantageous but not essential
13. Previous experience working of working with young people voluntary or paid
14. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Prospero offer a free course)
