> Description About VINCI Facilities: VINCI Facilities is part of the wider VINCI Group and operates within the business support function. As an apprentice, you would join a team committed to collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, quality work, and supporting people to grow professionally. About the role: As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will support business systems and processes by providing first‑line system assistance, creating workflows and reports, and helping identify areas for improvement across the organisation. You’ll work with colleagues to understand problems, gather and analyse data, and contribute to designing practical solutions. The role also involves supporting system testing, helping deliver projects, and clearly communicating insights to ensure stakeholders understand changes. Ultimately, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and everyday users while gaining hands‑on experience in how business improvements are delivered. Responsibilities: Support tools and processes: Provide first-line support and training for our business systems. Learn how to make the most of system features and assist in improving processes. Contribute to creating process maps, workflows, and business models, and help prepare reports and presentations for meetings Learn to understand problems : Work with colleagues to figure out what’s working well and what could be improved Gather and analyse information: Collect facts and data, then look for patterns and trends. Help us see the bigger picture Design solutions : Assist the team in finding new ways of working, whether through technology or changing how we do things. Help turn ideas into practical plans and apply what you learn from your course to real projects. Support system testing and project delivery Communicate: Share your ideas and findings clearly, work with relevant teams and key people to ensure what you are communicating is understood and agreed. Act as the bridge between technical experts and everyday users Support projects: Get involved in testing new systems, making sure they work as expected, and helping train others to use them Desirable skills: Good communication skills Curiosity and willingness to learn Basic problem-solving ability Attention to detail Collaboration & teamwork Confidence using computers Basic numerical and analytical thinking Organisation & time management Positive attitude and resilience Entry requirements: A Level 3 qualification plus 12 months of work experience A business-related degree (e.g. business, finance, economics, maths) A non-business-related degree plus 6 months of work experience Existing staff with 2 years of relevant work experience You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
