The role:
Working closely with independent retailers across the Midlands region, this role requires a relationship-driven Field-Based Sales Representative to manage and grow independent retail accounts across the Midlands region, covering an area across: Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Birmingham, and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on, field-focused role where youll build long-term partnerships with independent stockists, win new business, and drive product growth across your region. Youll play a key role in strengthening regional presence, delivering consistent service, and unlocking future opportunities through thoughtful, commercially focused selling.
For the right candidate, a 4 day week position would be considered.
Salary:upto £42,000 (DOE) + Bonus + car or car allowance
