Due to recent growth at Principality Building Society Oswestry Agency we are now looking to expand our Oswestry team to continue providing the dedicated local service our community deserves.
The Role
As a Customer Consultant, you are the face of our branch. You will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring they feel welcome, supported, and valued - whether they visit us in-person or get in touch via telephone.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing a warm, friendly welcome and assisting customers with everyday banking transactions.
* Identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
* Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with regulatory requirements.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
Requirement: Applicants must have previous experience in a Banking, Building Society, or similar financial services environment.
We are also looking for:
* Outstanding customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* The ability to stay calm and focused in a busy branch environment.
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
* A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
