Our UK Business is now looking for a Trainee Sales Engineer. Initially working at our Innovation Centre in Congleton, you will be working alongside the internal sales team to learn our ERP and CRM systems and how we engage with customers post-order. You will quickly move into our engineering department where you will learn the fundamentals of our product portfolio before progressing to working externally with the sales and operations teams. Once you have completed the first year of training we will then provide you with a sales territory where you will be field-based and engaging directly with customers on your own. You will be provided with Coaching and Mentoring from the Management Team, and other UK sales and operations managers, to assist you in building your skill set, to become a fully experienced Area Manager over a three-year period.
