Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a General Production Operative to join a warm and well-organised production environment. This role offers consistent weekday hours and a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity.
Shift Pattern:
* Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
* Friday: 08:00 – 12:00
Role Responsibilities:
* Stacking finished products
* Gluing components as required
* Counting and checking items for accuracy
* Maintaining quality standards throughout production
* Working as part of a small, supportive production team
Working Environment:
* Warm production environment
* No heavy manual handling required
* Clean and structured workspace
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work well as part of a team
