Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, and company policies promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support provided.
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Able to work independently while effectively contributing to a team-oriented environment.
