Venatu is seeking a Field Sales Executive for a waste management company in South Yorkshire. The role focuses on growing new customer accounts and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, with proven sales experience in waste management. Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a competitive drive to succeed and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
* Maintain and develop strong customer relationships, efficiently handling inquiries, and collaborating with distribution partners, sales engineers, and customers.
* Develop new business in the area, focusing on identifying potential customers and supporting partners in upselling products.
* Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity.
* Drive new business and specification efforts.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations as needed.
Key Attributes
* Waste management experience preferred.
* Proven sales experience in a field-based role.
* Full clean driving license required.
* Ability to build strong working relationships.
