Pay: Up to $45.00/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and maintain precise, efficient CMM programs to measure machined components.
* Ensure all measurements meet strict quality control and design specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any CMM or programming issues to avoid downtime.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, production, and engineering to streamline processes.
* Support inspection stages before, during, and after machining for complete part validation.
* Maintain the CMM and assist in its calibration to ensure peak performance.
* Analyze measurement data and generate detailed quality reports.
* Mentor and support less experienced team members with training and guidance.
