Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar customer‑facing role
* Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (Property Management Systems and ONQ)
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
* High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate front office staff
* Ensure high levels of guest or client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
* Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Maximise room occupancy and use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
* Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front office team
* Maintain office supplies and appearance of the front desk area
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks
