A new opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor due to new projects starting in the area.
Joining a reputable business who deliver mixed tenure housing solutions including open market, social and affordable homes.
As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs throughout the lifecycle of development projects. You will collaborate closely with departments such as Development, Construction, and Design to ensure commercial efficiency, cost certainty, and best value in all procurement and contractual arrangements.
You will be responsible for 2 sites: site 1 - medium scale development, site 2 - volume scheme over multiple phases. You will be accustomed to undertaking the full commercial process from the pre-construction stages of the build through to final account.
A well organised and detailed surveyor is required, who has excellent communication ability and strong IT skills.
