Key Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple planned works schemes including roofing, kitchens & bathrooms, windows & doors, externals, and compliance works
* Lead and support Site Managers and delivery teams to achieve programme milestones
* Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, housing associations, and resident groups
* Manage budgets, commercial performance, KPIs, and programme delivery
* Drive health & safety excellence across all sites
* Report weekly progress, risks, and commercial updates to senior leadership
