On 4 October 2025, The Alzheimer's Society will be hosting its annual Memory Walk, to raise funds and awareness for people affected by dementia.
We need volunteers to make this day a success.
Chelmsford Memory Walk will start and finish at the event site in Hylands Park, located in the field opposite Writtle Gate Car Park, near Mauro’s Café.
Event site volunteer - This will include being in our Information and Memory Tag gazebos; selling our merchandise; keeping our event site tidy; and helping at our start and finish lines.
Route volunteer - You will be positioned at key points along the route to ensure walkers are heading in the right direction. You'll be cheering them on and keeping them motivated!
