About the Role We're seeking a motivated and reliable Operative to join their busy manufacturing site in Barry. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be involved in the full production process, including batching, screeding, working, and finishing concrete, as well as demoulding products and ensuring they meet specification and quality standards. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety protocols. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop your skills across multiple production areas.
