This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. The Project Coordinator will schedule, administer, and facilitate a wide range of IT projects, from short activities lasting a few hours to more complex plans running over several months. The role works closely with the Head of Development to ensure all projects meet client expectations and adhere to agreed quality standards. Responsibilities within this role will include: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes in collaboration with the Development Lead and Head of Development. Own the project management platform and manage automations and workflow updates. Liaise with internal and external clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Assign resources and tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Ensure that clients needs are met as projects evolve. Analyse risks and opportunities. Arrange and oversee release notes. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Work with IT delivery teams to eliminate blockers. Use tools to monitor working hours and plans. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Act as gatekeeper of IT delivery quality. The Person The ideal candidate is a Project Coordinator with a proven track record in a fast-paced, agile environment. Its essential you have used JIRA (or another ticketing systems) Key requirements include: Proven work experience as a delivery manager, project coordinator, or in a similar role. Experience in project management from conception through to delivery. Familiarity with lean and agile practices such as SCRUM. Hands-on experience with cloud-based project management tools, including creating and editing automations and workflows. Basic knowledge of IT terminology, including architecture, platforms, and development languages. The Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am 5pm. The Location South Bristol, with car parking available.
