* Providing a high level of customer service via phone and email
* Managing and monitoring shared inboxes, responding professionally and promptly
* Creating and updating jobs accurately on internal systems
* Entering data in a timely and accurate manner
* Communicating effectively with internal teams to meet customer requirements
* Handling incoming calls confidently and professional
