About your new role As a Registered Nurse with BaptistCare Home Care, you will be supporting clients in the Newcastle/Hunter and surrounding areas and will play a vital role in providing high- quality care to clients living at home. You will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. This is a Permanent Full-time position for 76.00 hours per fortnight, working Monday to Friday only. There is a wide travel radius, you must be willing to travel within the Newcastle/Hunter region. Travel will be reimbursed as per the BaptistCare NSW and ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement. You must have: Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration Minimal 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sector Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence with minimum Third-Party Damage Insurance Excellent written and verbal communication Intermediate level of computer skills Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work Have more questions?
