Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Manufacturing | Days Based (Mon–Fri) | £36,000 then once trained £38,000 + Bonus + Share Scheme A leading UK manufacturing business within the cold roll-forming and engineering sector is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to join its established engineering team. This is a full-time permanent role offering long-term stability, training and progression within a modern manufacturing environment. The role is based on a Monday to Friday days shift (37 hours per week), with a starting salary of £36,000 rising to £38,000 following training, plus potential annual bonus and share scheme participation. This position would suit a time-served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Technician with strong manufacturing experience and a proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
