Job Description
As a KS1 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that meet the needs of KS1 students and align with the national curriculum
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate
* Differentiating instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of your students
* Assessing student progress through various formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development
* Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community
* Participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the school community
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Experience teaching KS1 students preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment
