Key Responsibilities
* Attend police stations across the West Midlands region
* Represent clients at police stations and in court
* Provide high-quality legal aid services
* Handle a mix of duty work and private criminal cases
* Participate in the duty solicitor rota
* Travel for callouts as required
* Maintain excellent client care and case management standards
About You
* 5+ years PQE preferred – flexible for strong candidates with less
* Accredited Duty Solicitor with police station and court representation experience
* Strong advocacy skills and confidence in handling varied criminal matters
* Willing to travel across the West Midlands for client and police station attendance
* Committed, reliable and passionate about criminal defence
