This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and resilient individual to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
* Help promote independence and positive life outcomes
* Support emotional wellbeing and behavioural development
* Maintain safeguarding standards in line with policy
* Work collaboratively with the home’s permanent team
About You
* Experience in children’s residential care is desirable but not essential
* Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory (salary dependent on experience and qualifications)
* Strong communication, patience, and a caring attitude are essential
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
