Talent Guardian are hiring for a National Account Manager to lead on key relationships within key mults retailers.
£55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + 15% Bonus + Benefits
Managing key relationships, this NAM role is a critical one for the business as they look to accelerate growth and further develop over their next phase of growth.
* The primary goal of the role is to drive sales, distribution, and profit growth while expanding the branded portfolio. Candidates must provide evidence of their ability to achieve this goal.
* Essential qualifications include strong selling skills, the capacity to overcome objections, and effective negotiation abilities.
* Experience and ability to sell, negotiate and make things happen!
* The preferred candidate will have a background and proven success in driving profitable sales growth within Tesco, Asda & Morrisons.
* Essential qualities include strong commercial insight, analytical abilities, and experience in overseeing investment plans.
* Demonstrated proficiency in fostering strong buying/trading relationships is necessary.
* It would be advantageous for the candidate to have a network of pertinent contacts within the 3 Grocery accounts.
* Previous experience in expanding business within Asda and Morrisons is a bonus, along with familiarity with Iceland/Farmfoods.
Working alongside the other Grocery NAM you will report into the Sales & Marketing Director and work closely with all cross functional teams including – Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Purchasing & Customer Services.
This is an exciting role with plenty of autonomy and an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced commercial environment. The position is based near Uxbridge with a hybrid approach, 2 to 3 days office based.
