* Team Support & Sales Coaching: Work with the Store Manager to train and motivate team members in achieving sales goals and delivering top‑notch customer service.
* Trend‑Driven Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services with enthusiasm, staying up to date with the latest fashion trends and translating that knowledge into compelling product recommendations and styling tips.
Qualifications

* Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.

* Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Engages customers, builds relationships, and closes the sale.
* Ability to Work Independently: Self‑motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.
* POS Proficiency: Operate a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
* Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of overall retail experience.
* Physical Requirements: Stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lbs); bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools to place merchandise and assist customers.
* Strong Math and Communication Skills: Proficient in mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling; effective verbal and written communication with customers, employees and management.
