We are currently representing a reputable automotive dealership in Roche seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries efficiently
Assisting with vehicle servicing, repairs, and ensuring seamless operations
Managing workshop bookings and scheduling work effectively
Liaising with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely service delivery
Preparing quotations and explaining service charges clearly to customers
Maintaining accurate customer records and service histories
Supporting the team in achieving workshop and sales targets as a Service Advisor
Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standardsRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes is advantageous
Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
