Head of Digital | National Sports Governing Body
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Lead digital transformation for a national governing body, shaping how a sport connects with its members across the country.
We are seeking a Head of Digital to drive forward our clients digital ambition, using data, IT, and communications to transform organisational efficiency and enhance member experiences at all levels.

What you’ll do:
* Lead the delivery of digital, data, and IT strategy aligned with a 5-year organisational plan
* Oversee CRM development, data governance, cyber security, and digital systems
* Manage and deliver digital transformation projects on time and within budget
* Provide insight-led decision support using data and research
* Build and manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Represent the organisation at sector events and industry conferences
About you:
* Proven leadership in digital delivery, ideally within sport, membership, or similar sectors
* Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
* Degree-level education (or equivalent) with strong IT/CRM knowledge (Dynamics preferred)
* Experience with data governance, GDPR, and digital transformation programmes
* Analytical, confident in simplifying complex information, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Structure:
You will lead a small digital team (4 FTE) while working closely with senior management, supporting cross-functional teams to embed a digital-first culture across the organisation.
