Job Summary
Elf Forest is a magical outdoor Christmas experience, and we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us as Christmas Elves. This is a varied role where you'll cover many areas of being an elf — from welcoming guests and running activities, to assisting with performances, helping Santa, and keeping the woodland village full of festive cheer.
Responsibilities
* Teach children about the magic of Christmas through interactive activities.
* Maintain a cheerful demeanour at all times, promoting a positive environment.
* Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly, professional, and festive manner.
* Assisting Santa with visits.
* Helping with children's activities and crafts.
* Supporting storytelling or performance areas.
* Guiding school groups and families around the village.
* Providing general event support to keep the experience running smoothly.
* Work as part of a team to deliver a safe and magical experience.
* Follow schedules and complete assigned tasks reliably.
* Maintain enthusiasm and energy throughout long, outdoor shifts.
Requirements
* Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
* Flexible and happy to take on different roles as needed.
* Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with children and families.
* Able to work well in a team environment.
* Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather.
* A genuine love for Christmas and creating magical experiences.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 5 weeks
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
