Your Position
Working alongside an experienced and approachable conveyancing team, you’ll take on a proactive role supporting clients throughout the conveyancing journey.
* Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Drafting legal documentation and preparing completion statements
* Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, and lenders
* Conducting searches, raising enquiries, and monitoring progress
* Assisting with exchange and post-completion procedures
* Maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-organised case files
