Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days Salary: £30,000 (pro-rata £18,000) bonus (OTE circa £26k) Role Overview: The Showroom Manager is responsible for the overall presentation and day-to-day operations of a high-end kitchen showroom.
This role combines sales support, exceptional customer experience, team management, and brand representation.
The successful candidate will ensure the showroom reflects the brands premium positioning while consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining outstanding client satisfaction.
