Sales Account Manager – Fashion (Based in Potters Bar, Near London)
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in fashion? We're a well-established design, sourcing, and manufacturing business working primarily in womenswear softs, selling to private label large retailers and brands.
Role:
* Manage and grow existing house accounts
* Use your industry experience and contacts to bring in new accounts
* Sell directly to large private label retailers and fashion brands
* Collaborate closely with a small, agile team across design, sales, and production to deliver the best results
What we're looking for:
* Proven sales experience in fashion, primarily womenswear softs
* Established contacts within the retail and brand sector
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
* Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
