1to1 Group are recruiting for a Supply Chain/ Project Coordinator for one of our clients in Basingstoke. In the position you will be responsible for all logistics topics for the brand team including managing logistical projects, liaising with UK/IE customers, resolution of all invoice discrepancies and forecasting analysis.
Role Details:

·Permanent
·£32,000- £35,000 pro rata plus bonus
·Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm OR 9am- 5pm.
Role Responsibilities:
·Accountability for the project implementation logistics phase.
·Implement tests for increased MOQ, changes to deliveries to Ireland as required.
·Project manage the SAP rollout to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP.
·Oversee the testing and launch of other supply chain initiatives to enhance service level for the customer.
·Liaison with customers and logistics to ensure customer orders are processed and received in full to meet and exceed customer expectations.
·Trouble shoot daily supply issues through liaison with other regions, logistics providers and supply chain to resolve issues quickly.
·Arrange redirections / redeliveries as required.
·Effective management of stock rejections, returns, with prompt redirections against new customer purchase orders.
·Monitor critical stocks and highlight derogation requirements.
·Effective reporting of Customer Discrepancies, gathering information on failures, forwarders and hauliers, dealing with queries and implementing remedial action as necessary.
·Resolution of invoice discrepancies.
·Download the weekly forecast and analyse in preparation for fortnightly forecast meetings.
·Complete twice monthly SAP forecast upload to agreed timeline.
·Provide insights at fortnightly forecast meetings.
·Monitor sales versus forecast weekly and flag issues.
·Daily communication regarding orders, out of stocks, deliveries and resolving issues.
·Attend regular updates and prepare internal Quarterly Review Meeting slides.
·Effective two-way communication regarding all customer-related topics including pricing, stock forecasting, stock allocation, out of stocks and invoice queries.
Role Requirements:
·Strong customer service experience with prior evidence of stock order processing preferred.
·FMCG / SAP experience would be helpful.
·Compliance focused mindset with a drive to challenge and optimise internal processes.
·Excel, PowerPoint and Word intermediate level
·Proven team working skills and strong relationship-builder both face-to-face but also via remote interaction.
