Post Title: Pastoral Manager

Responsible to: Deputy Headteacher

Location: St Monica’s RC High School

Salary: Grade 6 (SCP 19-24) Actual Salary £28,534 - £31,517 (£32,061 - £35,412 FTE)

Term of Contract: Permanent

Working pattern: Term Time Only + 10 days

Hours per week: 37

Start date: September 2026

Closing date: 31st May 2026

St Monica’s RC High School are currently seeking a Pastoral Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust in a welcoming school community where there is a real sense of value placed on each person as based in the image of God. Staff feel well supported and their workload and well‑being have been duly considered.

* Confident communicator (written and oral)
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Well‑developed ICT skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure, accurately with attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
* High integrity, honesty and credibility.
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
