We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel General Assistant to join our team and contribute to our guests' memorable experiences.
As a Hotel General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various hotel departments. You will work closely with the hotel management team and other staff members to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Jobs will include:
* Assisting at breakfast in all aspects of the service
* Assisting the housekeeping team with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
* Ensure that rooms are well-stocked with amenities and supplies.
* Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
* Assist in all aspect of Bar and Restaurant service
* Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
* Welcoming guests to the hotel and restaurant
* Potentially taking phone calls, making restaurant booking and room bookings
