Your Role As a Fine & Country Partner Agent
* Business Generation activities
* Represent, market, and sell exceptional luxury properties.
* Network with high-net-worth clients, building meaningful and influential connections.
* Conducting Marketing Appraisals using Fine & Country’s distinguished ‘exposure, presentation and service’ proposition.
* Create and implement tailored marketing strategies to attract qualified buyers.
* Negotiate expertly to secure premium sales prices for clients.
* Develop a strong personal brand and create high-quality content to engage clients on social media.
* Establish yourself as the trusted luxury property expert in your market.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in Estate Agency or Sales: You have a background in property or sales with a track record of success.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated and driven, you’re excited by the idea of running and growing your own business.
* Marketing and Social Media Expertise: Proficient in using digital channels to showcase listings and engage with a sophisticated client base.
* Relationship-Focused: Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a discerning clientele.
