* £43,000 Salary
* Monday to Friday ( some weekends )

The Role
* Chef Manager to prepare fresh food for 300 covers per day.
* Full menu control
* A strong Chef Manager to produce high quality, 100% fresh food
* To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team
* Budget control
* Client interactions
The Requirements
* A strong Chef Manager within Independent Schools, B&I, Venues, Hotels or Restaurants
* A genuine love for food
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
* Chef Manager experience within busy cooking environments
* A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
