Are you a motivated and passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kickstart your teaching career in a supportive primary school?Vision for Education are seeking a driven ECT to join our team in North Liverpool.
You will be working in an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in the Sefton area on a full-time basis. This Primary school is renowned for being a friendly and supportive environment for all and they were praised for this in their most recent Ofsted report. This school is committed to providing a nurturing environment for children of all abilities, to enable them to thrive and discover their talents, whatever they may be. As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) at this school, you will be supported to develop your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced mentors. This role provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience and the opportunity to complete some terms of your induction, depending on your current status.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of primary students.
• Support the academic and social development of students through targeted interventions and differentiated instruction.
• Participate in school-wide activities, including staff meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular events.
Requirements
The desired Early Careers Teacher will have;
* Hold a relevant Teaching qualification and hold ECT status in the UK
* Experience of working with primary school aged children
* An ability to work as part of a team
* Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
