Overview
Electrical Services Administrator role at Cambridge Maintenance Services.
You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team; you will be responsible for scheduling all the electrical engineer’s work. You will ensure that all tasks are allocated to engineers so that SLAs are met and kept to, updating the engineers schedule sheet. You will deal with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality standards are kept and perform any other admin duties required. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail along with the ability to identify potential risks.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with engineers in relation to schedules
* Scheduling & booking works for electrical engineers
* Attend daily conference calls with the electrical team
* Ensure all client instructions are logged
* Deal with incoming calls and emails
* Allocation of jobs to engineers and sub-contractors
* Record all communication and arrangements on our in-house system
* Chase for updates and paperwork
* Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
* Escalate any issues
* Create quotes & update quote tracker
* Check jobs are complete and all paperwork is received
* Chase for NIC/EIC certification and ensure certs are attached to jobs
* Completion of RAMS
* Create reports & certificates
* Monitor paperwork for quality

St. Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours of Work
Full time - 8.30am-5pm

* Proven ability to accurately follow procedures
* Good with MS Office Word/Excel
* Comfortable and professional on calls and emails
* Adaptable and flexible to change
* Organised and able to multi-task
* Work well as part of a team
