Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Enrolment Advisor to join their growing enrolment team in a fast-paced EdTech environment. In this role, you'll support prospective students through the enrolment journey as they pursue postgraduate studies with international universities and institutions. Your goal will be to engage, guide, and inspire learners to advance their educational and career goals.
Your Mission
To educate, consult, support, and enroll suitable applicants into innovative Career Accelerator programs. As part of a global student enrolments team, you'll deliver exceptional service, customer experience, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
1. Support prospective students by guiding them through the application and enrolment process.
2. Drive enrolments by influencing customer decisions through your sales skills and intuition.
3. Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
4. Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track, manage, and optimize the student enrolment journey.
5. Provide a world-class customer experience with professional, friendly, and efficient service.
6. Collaborate with sales and student support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
7. Promote partner brand value propositions and communicate the benefits of each program.
8. Participate in training, upskilling, and special projects to improve performance.
9. Encourage referrals from existing and past students to grow student numbers.
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 3 years of sales experience in high-value consumer services or products; experience in education is a plus.
* Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs with strong sales results.
* Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and written formats.
* Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, especially with CRM systems.
* A customer-first mindset to ensure an outstanding prospective student experience.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with resilience and persistence in a target-driven environment.
