The Role: As a Class 1 Driver, your duties will include: Driving Class 1 (LGV CE) vehicles with flatbed trailers Delivering steel, metal, and construction materials Completing local and regional deliveries across the West Midlands Securing loads using chains, ratchets, straps, and load restraints Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting Completing PODs, delivery notes, and paperwork accurately Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday only no weekend work Start time: 06:00am Shift length: 1012 hours per day Pay rates: £16.90 per hour (PAYE) £18.00 per hour (LTD) Weekly pay every Friday To be considered, you must have: ? Valid Class 1 (Category CE) Licence ? Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card ? Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience ? Previous flatbed / steel / construction delivery experience ? Confident using chains, straps, ratchets, and load restraints ?
