We are looking for a reliable and friendly Chip Shop Assistant to join our busy takeaway team. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced food environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a small team.
Shifts will be spread across weekdays, Evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Serving customers and taking orders at the counter
* Handling cash and card payments accurately
* Preparing and packing food orders
* Assisting with frying and food preparation (training provided)
* Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Restocking supplies and keeping work areas organised
* Supporting team members during busy service periods

Desirable:
* Previous Food Takeaway, retail or hospitality experience
