This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our small and dedicated team. Reporting to and working with the FOH & Events Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers. This will mean being mainly based at the front desk in the venue, answering telephone enquiries and dealing with box office and hiring enquiries, supporting other team members, including with marketing events and setting up rooms for hires.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for guests and support the front desk operations.
* Answer telephone enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
* Handle box office and hiring enquiries, including ticket sales and venue hires.
* Assist with marketing events, set up rooms for hires, and collaborate with the FOH & Events Manager.
* Work flexibly, prioritise a busy workload, and maintain clear communication with team members.
Qualifications
* Interest in arts and cultural events.
* Organised, proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Experience in hospitality or front desk administration is an asset.
