About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven PPC Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing paid search and shopping campaigns for a portfolio of retail clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) campaigns with a focus on retail performance and ROAS
* Manage Shopping feeds and campaign structures to maximise visibility and sales
* Conduct regular keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
* Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients
* Work closely with account managers and other digital specialists to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals
* Stay on top of trends in e-commerce, platform updates, and industry innovations
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency or e-commerce setting
* Proven track record of managing Google Shopping and Search campaigns for retail or DTC brands
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
* Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Google Ads certifications (desirable)
