Role Introduction
The Commercial Operations Co-ordinator provides administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that enable the Sales team to focus on selling.
This role involves managing customer data, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting with order processing and customer communication.
What You Will Do
* Assist in the preparation of customer quotes.
* Assist in obtaining vendor quotes for services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate closure of sales opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining data integrity.
* Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information as needed.
* Support the annual contract renewals process, preparing renewal documentation, and ensuring all necessary approvals and updates are completed before deadlines.
* Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a collaborative approach.
* Support the wider ITO Operations Analyst team with administrative tasks.
* Coordinate with finance and other teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
What You Will Have
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Netsuite knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
