This role is to cover maternity leave
£13.26 per hour rising to £13.47 per hour on successful completion of training and probation period
21.5 hours per week on a rota basis, including some daytime, evening and weekend work and some Bank Holiday working will also be required
We provide support that enables positive outcomes to people living in three Extra Care schemes in Bury. These are Peachment Place, Falcon and Griffin and Red Bank.

You will have enthusiasm in everything that you do and the ability to develop strong effective working relationships with a range of people, to ensure a smooth, quality service that focusses on positive outcomes for people we support. You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a 'can do' attitude and caring nature and you will want to see people be the best that they can.

About the role
You will be supporting tenants with day to day living. This will include personal care needs and attending appointments or social activities in our centres and as members of the wider community, whilst recognising that they live in their own homes.
You will brighten people's days or support them when needed during the night. You will encourage people to live independent, fulfilling lives, developing friendships and social networks.
