The Role
We are looking for an experienced De-Snag Painter to join a busy vehicle manufacturing and finishing team. You will be responsible for clearing vehicles to a high standard, rectifying panels, addressing blemishes, and supporting the spray booth as needed to meet delivery schedules.
Attention to detail, quality, and flexibility are essential in this hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
* Rectify blemishes and repair damaged panels
* Inspect vehicles for missed areas and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
* Apply affix tape or markings where required
* Complete work accurately and sign off on Production Management Systems (PMS), raising any issues as needed
* Support the spray booth during absences or urgent vehicle requirements
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all work complies with quality and environmental standards
* Maintain accurate records and documentation relevant to the role
* Take personal responsibility for the quality of your work
