The Company
Our client is a brand-leading FMCG company. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager.
The Role
1. Responsible for leading the Supply Chain team and enhancing the supply chain operations.
2. Ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless delivery of raw materials.
3. Involves strategic planning, supplier management, purchasing, sourcing, demand planning, 3PL warehousing and transport, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.
The Person
1. Proven management experience in a supply chain function.
2. Ideally degree qualified in logistics, business, or a related field, or have relevant experience.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. FMCG experience is preferred.
5. Good knowledge of ERP systems, demand planning tools, and supply chain analytics.
6. Experience in 3PL warehousing, freight, and logistics.
7. Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and logistics efficiency.
8. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
